Why Stretch-n-Grow
The aim of our programmes is for children to move well, more often. We focus on the importance of developing Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) from an early age. These skills are the building blocks of physical development. Early childhood is a critical period for laying the foundation for a healthy and happy lifestyle and all our programmes do this with fun movement and wellbeing education. The HSE recommends up to 3 hours of physical activity every day for kids under the age of 5, so our classes help them achieve this.
And it is 100% Fun!

About Stretch-n-Grow
Stretch-n-Grow started in Texas in 1992 and rapidly expanded throughout the world. The founders of Stretch-n-Grow conducted a detailed study into the health status of very young children and created the initial programme and curriculum to address many of their findings. To date millions of children have experienced Stretch-n-Grow.
Stretch-n-Grow came to Ireland in 1999 and since then thousands of Irish children annually take part in one of our programmes or camps.
The Stretch-n-Grow curriculum and glossary of exercises are safe, effective and age-appropriate. And most of all children, parents and teachers love it!
Our Franchisees and Coaches
All our Franchisees & Coaches are Certified Youth Fitness Specialists. Every Coach undergoes training to work with young children and how to deliver the best physical education programme. All coaches are fully insured, Garda Vetted and follow the Children’s First Policy.
