Joined April 2003. Throughout Helen’s time in Stretch-n-Grow she has continued to expand her knowledge of fitness and working with children with special needs. In her spare time Helen is a competitive runner. Helen and her coaches bring the Stretch-n-Grow programmes to pre-schools and primary schools.
